Gus loves teriyaki salmon, so I figured that would be a good place to start. I googled recipes and decided on this one from allrecipes.com:
Teriyaki Salmon
(adapted from this recipe)
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 TBSP lemon juice
2 TBSP soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp garlic powder
2 (6 ounce) salmon steaks
Directions:
In a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container, combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Add salmon to marinade; seal/cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain and discard marinade. Place the salmon on a broiler pan. Broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 10-14 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. (You can turn the fish halfway through if you like.)

I had planned to take pictures of the salmon, but I was so hungry that I started eating and was almost finished before I realized that I hadn't taken any pictures! It was absolutely delicious!! So I apologize for the lack of pictures. I will definitely be making this again - and I'm going to try the marinade with chicken and pork, too.
