Who doesn't love free music??

Check out the Free Monday Music on mashable.com!! Every Monday, in honor of #musicmonday on Twitter, there are 10 free songs offered. For most of them, you just right-click, click on "save file/link as", and save it in your music folder. From there, you can add the files to iTunes or whatever program you use for music. You can also check older posts - most (if not all) of the music is still available,

From Starbucks - download a free Frappuccino® beverage music mix! 10 tracks featuring electrifying summertime favorites ranging from Frightened Rabbit to Hot Chip! Expires 8/31/10.

MTV has free downloads!

I've mentioned this one before, but check out amazon.com - they have hundreds of free music downloads. A new free tune everyday - and a lot of newly released albums for $2.99-$3.99 (that's usually a one-day special).

Now make those summer playlists!!

Have you tried amie street, Kim? They have free tracks and DEEPLY discounted tracks and albums. They don't have everything you're looking for, but you can really hit the jackpot sometimes.
